SERVICES AVAILABLE

FITNESS CONSULTATION: This will include gathering information about your health and medical history, lifestyle and nutrition habits, and goal setting.

PERSONAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT: Includes Body Composition Analysis, measurements, blood pressure, resting heart rate, Postural Analysis, and Movement screening to determine muscle imbalances.

PERIODIZED PROGRAM DESIGN: Customized program will focus on posture, core stability, balance, and coordination as well as strengthening what’s weak and stretching what’s tight.

INDIVIDUALIZED WORKOUT: Held in a private studio environment utilizing a wide variety of state-of-the-art equipment with emphasis on proper technique.

REGULAR EVALUATION: Along with continual program updates to measure progress, avoid plateaus and enhance motivation.

ONE-ON-ONE PILATES: Training utilizes STOTT Pilates Equipment featuring the Reformer, Cadillac Stability Chair, Ladder, and Arc Barrels as well as various other small props.

HOME PROGRAM DESIGN: Includes a walk through session, follow up appointment and lifestyle coaching.
