Nutritional Coaching:

A good nutrition program will do 3 things:
  1. Improve body composition.
  2. Improve health.
  3. Improve performance.
You will look better, feel better, and move better when you are well nourished. Eating better is
not about what you know or what you do occasionally. Real results come from strategies and
good decisions made consistently, every day.

A Nutritional Coaching package will teach you what to eat, how much to eat, how to eat it,
and how to apply that knowledge to take action and achieve your goals.

Includes:

Assessment: Review of medical history, questionnaires and 3-day food journal; baseline body
composition and measurements; and photos.

Consultation: Individualized goal setting and nutritional program design.

Bi-weekly check-ups: Follow up assessments, nutrition education, and program changes.
Starter package includes Assessment, Consultation, and 2 Bi-weekly check-ups: $350
